Rebekkah teaches Embodied Presence
through Mindfulness, Meditation and Gentle Yoga.
All of her classes include the wisdom of Buddhism and
other heartfull philosophies. Her classes lead you toward
greater self-understanding and self-care. As a mother and
wife her applications of mindfulness are very accessible
and relevant to everyday life.
She is also the Family Program and a Teen Teacher
at Spirit Rock Meditation Center. She leads programs throughout the year
at Spirit Rock and the greater bay area.
