Many Classes and Gatherings in 2012~
Rebekkah teaches Meditation and Yoga that is grounded in the wisdom
of Buddhism and other heartfull philosophies. Her classes aim to lead
the participants toward greater self-understanding and self-care.
As a mother and wife her applications of mindfulness are very
accessible and relevant to everyday life.
She is also the Family Program and Teen Teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center
and teaches family and teen programs throughout the year at Spirit Rock
and the greater bay area.
